than 10 days prior to departure.

Reservations We respectfully remind you that a verbal or written reservation
constitutes a legal contract. In the event of a cancelation, both parties should endeavour
to re let the accommodation.
Bookings Please note that single night bookings at weekends may not always
be accepted.
Cancellation The Inn has a 14 day cancellation policy. In
the event of cancellation of your booking less than 14 days we will make every effort to re let the accommodation,
however, if we are unable to do so, you can be legally liable to pay the total value of the booking. In
order to avoid this, we strongly advise all intending guests to insure against cancellation.
Damages In the event
of any damage to property at the Inn caused by the client(s), we reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally
clean the item(s) concerned. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract
should the conduct of the person who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other
guests. In the event of any financial refunds given to guests due to a persons conduct then that person
will be responsible for and charged the full amount of refunds given.
